Dr. Momjian was raised in the Central San Joaquin Valley of California and completed his undergraduate studies at California State University Fresno. He subsequently came to Southern California for medical school and graduated from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine. Thereafter, he completed his medical training at the UCLA/Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr Momjian is board certified in Family Practice.
Dr Momjian has a special interest in nutrition and weight management. He enjoys educating the public on non-pharmaceutical approaches to managing chronic medical problems. Dr Momjian has traveled and lived abroad in various countries.


He has an awareness of the cultural sensitivities needed to provide effective communicativon with his patients. Apart from medicine, Dr Momjian enjoys swimming, water sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Ryan spent the first part of his childhood in Manhattan, NY before moving to Southern California as a teenager. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biology and subsequently earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine. From there he completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Long Beach Memorial Family Medicine and served as Chief Resident of the program in 2006/2007. Dr. Ryan is a current member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.


As a family medicine physician, Dr. Ryan cares for children, adults, and seniors. He prides himself on his interpersonal skills and his ability to listen and communicate with patients and he enjoys working with diverse ethnic and multicultural populations. Dr. Ryan loves giving lectures to the community and has a passion for health, diet and fitness. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Ryan has a passion for the outdoors and recreational activities (including tennis, skiing/snowboarding and adventure traveling).
